Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Studio Oz, every piece is carefully prepared and assembled with attention to detail. Because many of our products are made in small batches and may include made-to-order or custom elements, please review our policy below.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Made-to-order items
  • Design services or digital files
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you’d like a different color or product variation, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
